Thread: Does your site have ads?

Simple question. Have you added ads to your site in order to make some money?

I've always hated ads (thank god someone invented AdBlock!), and so did my members. So my site brought absolutely no revenue for me.

AdSensese annoys me a lot, but people still use it. I like custom monetization methods, and I prefer text ads. Banners are good, but they don't fit sites, and your site looks worse with them.

I agree. We get more money from custom methods . My site doesn't have any ads .

I hate sites which have huge ads banner or pop out ads which gets me really irritated each time i visit their website.

We don't place any ads to our websites as its too annoying. I will recommend it will be better to money from somewhere else rather than placing ads in websites and earning from it.

I think it is advisable if you put some ads on your website not only to bring more traffic but also to help you ear extra income.

I don't have them directly for making money but I do have them on their for extra money to put directly back into the website itself and since it's a forum it's for the benefit of the forum. I was just accepted into BuySellAds so they're now serving my ads.

No we don't have ads on our website! We love our customers more.

No not anymore, I do not like adds.
