Thread: How do you select Staff ?

How do you select Staff ? Some people post the thread about recruiting while some observe member's and choose the best one of them . I post thread about recruiting :P , what do you do ?

I select staff by their activity and loyalty

I select by there knowledge of the topic of the website, and also they can not be ignorant or immature and they have to be professional.

Yes I do a recuriting threads too. If I'm not doing recurting threads I'm picking them by hand with what they do.

For me i select staffs via experiences, CV, are they willing to spent time on the forum, willing to work hard and how they manage a forum.
