Hi,
I have a suggestion for the Industry News section.I notice that it is only a bunch of links. It could really pull away traffic. Instead, there should be quotes and discussion in the main post. This insures that the user comes back to chat.

I'd by glad to have it like you said, but you don't always have rights to display article or its parts. Maybe I could email those servers asking for permissions.
That, but Martin can't you just add a link back to there website like say "Source from cnn.com" or something like that under the article, or you can paraphrase it in your own words.

Well, you can always describe your own thoughts of the event/news in your own words.![]()
And a website won't have a problem if you put something in the quote tags, unmodified. Unless it says no re-posting with credit.![]()

sure, but those are RSS feeds in cron. I am not posting those threads
Then I would say that it's a problem.Once members lose the personal feel, they don't reply. If they just wanted plain news, they'll go to the feed itself.
Actually, I know this may be a little more work, but I have an idea.Let the RSS feed into a staff board. Select the good topics and add your comments. Then move it into the Ind. News section. Right now, the Industry News Section looks bare without posts/reads.
