    CSS is quite simple to learn. Google is your best friend in this case. CSS has been very powerful in providing colors and effects to web pages. CSS3 is very nice, and I can't wait till browsers give firmer compatibility with it. While you're learning CSS, it's important for you to understand HTML. And with understanding of both languages, you can move on to JS, and php.
