Where do you usually get information and tutorials for CSS rules?

w3schools works the best for me, but if I'm looking for something that is really good looking, I browse around some freelancers' blogs.

Google is the best source. It also connects you to discussions, questions, and answers. The chances are someone has already experienced your problem. Google is the best source to get live and social content. You'll also end up finding multiple approaches to a solution.
