Thread: css3?

heyy there, what are opinions on using css3 on sites? people still use browsers which don't support it, right? i saw ie6 use fell under 1%, but it isn't the only one...

IE does not support CSS3 at all. I think just version 9 (beta) does. Chrome, Firefox and Safari support it without problems, but if you abuse of it, your site may experience some severe slowdowns, especially when scrolling up and down.

CSS3 is not fully supported by any browser. It'll take a while before IE (unfortunately still the most used browser) has full support. And there are some bugs to correct in webkit browsers. So it'll take some time.
