Thread: Is PHP must for web development ?

Have you learned PHP ?Do you think all web developer' need to learn PHP ? I stated learning it because you cant create something new unless you know some language, and php is easy and useful . What do you think ?

learn php, its always useful

Yeah . You can solve the errors yourself , no need for programmers .

I don't agree that it is must for all web developer to learn PHP, but having the knowledge of all the languages and the technology is always an added advantage. You should learn PHP if you are looking forward to develop a website otherwise its on you if your would like to have the knowledge. I would suggest that as a web developer you should have the knowledge of all of them as it could prove quite vital for you in the long run.

I do not agree, because you can't learn a advanced back end language without learning html.

It is not must but I preferred php for development of website.
